Abstract: As DoD entities work toward implementing Zero Trust architectures by 2027, many are looking to move beyond traditional perimeter-based security models to strengthen their overall security posture. Versa Networks, the primary vendor supporting DISA’s Thunderdome initiative—a flagship Zero Trust modernization effort—has been at the forefront of this transformation.
In this session, we will examine key challenges and lessons learned as a leader in network and cybersecurity innovation. The discussion will focus on Secure Service Edge (SSE), SD-WAN, and Universal SASE, highlighting how Versa enables transport-agnostic connectivity across SATCOM, 5G, LTE, MPLS, and broadband. These capabilities deliver resilient, secure communications from the tactical edge to enterprise data centers and cloud environments.
As security threats become faster and more sophisticated, we’ll explore how to build a proactive, adaptive network—not a reactive one.
